Marketing division as one of the main activity in a coorporate, should have different objectives every year. In 2017, in store activation has been one of those program that done by XYZ Group to achieve this year objectives. The program is expected to increase the number of sales volume and build up the customer behavior by choosing XYZ’s product as a top product. This program was held in 3 months, in a contribution with many parties whom has their own role in the whole process. Their role is converted into an activity in BPMN 2.0, further to be analyzed using business process improvement. The analysis results will be calculated with the weighting factors, as to choose the process that needs improvement. The improvement could be done in making the standard operating procedure, making the form, tools modification and making the proposed business process. This process has improved as being measured in quality, time and flexibility, which lead to the convenience of the activities done in this process. |
