Abstract
Employee performance in a company is an important factor in determine the success or failure of the company. However, companies sometimes pay less attention to what factors that can affect the employee performance. This can lead to inconvenience and decreased performance of employees and even companies. It is necessary to examine what factors that can affect the employee performance.From the results of preliminary research found that the factors that most affect the performance of employees in PT. Telecommunication Bekasi Barat area is a climate of work, leadership and motivation.This research is expected to provide a clear explanation of the influence of leadership style, work climate, work motivation on employee performance of PT. Telecommunication West Bekasi Area. The research method used is quantitative research. Retrieval of datauses questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability using 30 respondents. Then the research questionnaires were distributed to 139 respondents. Data in this research was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 21 software program.The result of this research shows that leadership style does notaffect work motivation with CR value is -0,352 and P value is 0,725. Work climate does affect work motivationwith CR value is 2,584 and P value is 0,01. Leadership styledoes not affect employee performance with CR value is -0,251 and P value is 0,802. Work climate does not affect employee performancewith CR value is -0,774 and P value is 0,439. And work motivation does affect employee performancewith CR value is 4,662 and P value is <0,001. The advice given is that PT. Telecommunications can be evaluate for work climate factors and work motivation, so that the quality of employee performance will increase.
