Abstract
PT.SuzukiIndomobil Plant Cakung is a company engaged in the field of car and motorcycle producers. The problem faced by the company at this time is the absence of measurement of the company performance thoroughly. Therefore needed a design of metrics for company performance can be measured. Objectives to be achieved in this study is to measure the performance Supply Chain PT.SuzukiIndomobil Motor Plant Performance measurement based on the design of 11 metrics designed and tailored to the needs of the company From the weighting done by the distribution and processing manager with Sotware Expert Choice 11.5 trial version then done Measurement with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and with Expert Choice software. The performance score for PT.SuzukiIndomobil Motor Plant Cakung was 71.1125 for the 0 to 100 scale. The low yield score metrics were metrics forecast error, metric source fill rate, fill rate metric, and Return Rate to PT.SuzukiIndomobil Motor Plant Cakung.Untuk overcome the weakness that occurs, the company wants the development of assessment aspects of suppliers so that the assessment can provide more optimal results so that the company is expected to establish cooperation with the right supplier.
