This study was conducted to determine how the effect of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on job satisfaction for employees currently in PT. PETRACO Agung Jaya. Transformational leadership and transactional leadership is an independent variable, while employee satisfaction is the dependent variable. The data used in this study was obtained from the results of the questionnaire answers 50 employees (respondents), the production division of PT. PETRACO Agung Jaya. The data was processed with statistical methods, SPSS for Windows. Analysis of the data used in this research is by using quantitative analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method. Collecting data using 5-point Likert scale questionnaire. The results of this study showed that the variables of transformational and transactional leadership and significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. The study also concluded that, leaders who adopt transformational and transactional leadership behaviors, the level of employee satisfaction can be better. |
