| Right now, business process must be paid attention in running an organization, since this might determine how well organization can be run business, so as to be a source of potential of success or failure strategy. One organization that does less important to apply it is an organization in the field of a college education, namely University. Organization a college education will be discussed is Unika Atma Jaya that has some the faculty at it, one of which is of engineering faculty. But until now of engineering faculty Unika Atma Jaya have not use the use of Information System, namely in terms of data collection and processing data on graduates. But, before reaching thing about graduates , faculty of engineering also there are still things that have not use the use of information system , is about Minor Project (MP), and Final Project (FP) , who becomes a requirement graduation or it could be said that as a prerequisite that students can being a graduate. At the moment, MP’s data collection, FP’s data collection, and graduating was not fully mixed with a good information system. There are several problems that may happened to using a process manual , paper completed forms were can disappear, each form were filled there’s no one put the data on a computer, the data that has been put on a computer no go through. Information system used web-based. Information systems that uses a base web , to simplify the user to access it use any device that is connected to the internet, this to simplify the process, graduates who mostly can fill out the form in all places and also staff secretariat that does not require copy repeated data that is at form manually to a computer. Design information system is expected to synchronization filling, transformation, and processing for MP, FP, and Graduates with web-based so to facilitate and help of engineering faculty in terms of graduates, MP, and FP. |
