Introduction: Low back pain is one of the most cause to seek medical consultation. The prevalence of low back pain is increasing as the age of the patient and could become a chronic case. To find the cause of low back pain, evaluation of lumbosacral morphometric (evaluation of lumbosacral angle, the vertebrae body, the vertebrae ligament, also the intervertebral disc) using plain radiographic findings is needed. Method: 35 outpatient from neurology clinic atma jaya hospital were included in this study. Data were gathered on risk factor, that is age, sex, gender, body mass index, occupatient, daily activity, and daily excercise. Risk factors were correlated with the evaluation of some angles: lumbar lordosis (LL), lumbosacral angle (LA), and sacral inclination (SI). Result: LL, LA and SI showed lower angle in age =60 , higher body mass index, more heavyweight lifting activity, and excercise routinely. Lower angle showed narrowing of the intervertebral disc. However there were no correlation between lumbosacral angle and the risk factor of low back pain. Conclusion: There are 82,85% have lumbosacral disorder, the most common are the narrowing of the intervertebral disc and foramen. |
