Isi artikel
As an introduction to the Symposium on Bateson's Mind and Nature: A necessary unity, some major concerns are presented, especially Bateson's view that the way we usually think is in profound error, and that this error is reflected in the multitude of problems relating to the health of the global ecosystem and to the sanity of human beings. Bateson challenges us to reconsider science, to make its unifying premises and epistemology more compatible with the way healthy living systems work.
