Strategic Objective in each perspective is further elaborated in a series of performance indicators related units of study programs, each of which has a weight relative to the assessment of the performance of the unit as a whole study program and a description value calculation formula, the person in charge, and data providers. his study is a continuation of the previous research, especially within the scope of the application design level of personalized dashboards using Microsoft Excel software preceded by a classification as key indicators that significantly affect the level of personal performance Industrial Engineering study program at FT UAJ. The process of selecting indicators is based on the needs of each user by following standard reference of the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education and taking into account the consent of the parties involved in the study program, especially the head of the study program. Furthermore, the application design as a medium of performance measurement dashboard. The end result of this research is the formulation of indicators to measure the performance of each user in Industrial Engineering study program at FT UAJ, equipped with a dashboard that is designed to simplify the user in running the application.
