PT. KUMATEX (Kurabo Manunggal Textile Industries) is a company that focus its business on textiles. With competitors in the same field certainly encourages PT. KUMATEX to improve performance in order to survive in the competition of textile business. The current performance measurement is just based on the employee’s performance without considering stakeholders’s point of view and in the assessment too subjective. Performance Prism method explains that the performance of a company is the achievement of the company in meeting the needs and desires of stakeholders. The design of Performance Prism model on PT. KUMATEX consists of five stages, they are stakeholders’ needs, stakeholders’ contribution, strategies, processes, and capabilities. This Performance Prism model enables us to identify stakeholders’ needs and contribution so that performance indicator from strategies, processes, and capabilities can be obtained. Performance value measurement based on Performance Prism method consists of three stages, they are value scaling, indicators valuation, and performance value measurement.The results from data processing reveal that the stategy component is the most important stage (52.89%) followed by capability component (30.93%) dan process component (16.17%). The performance value measurement in PT KUMATEX baesd on Performance Prism method in 2015 is 4.412 (really good). |
