| This study was conducted to analyze the influence of profitability, leverage, company size, and dividend policy to company value which is measured by Tobin’s Q. The data used as sample for this research were taken from the official website of Indonesian Stock Exchange and after the selection for the sample was done, there are 145 financial data of manufacture companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2011 to 2015. The data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS Statistics program version 22.0. Based on the hypothesis test result, it was revealed that profitability has positive significant effect to company value. On the other hand, leverage has negative significant effect to company value. Then, company size has positive significant effect to company value. The last variable which is dividend policy also has positive significant effect to company value. |
