Abstract
Diabetic patients have to control their glucose level by diet, oral drug or insulin injection and monitoring by checking blood glucose level regulary. Invasive blood glucose measurement is not efficient and comfortless for doing continuously. For resolve that problem be required a non invasive blood glucose measuring tool. Non-invasive blood glucose measurement to do with optic method spesificly near-infrared. Infrared light will be radiated to skin, and the reflected light will be receive by IC OPT 101(photodiode). Input microcontroller get from output sensor. The testing was perfomed against 16 respondents. Each respondent was have 10 data sensor reading which is then taken average value. Sensor data will be process by Arduino Uno microntroler, and the result will display on LCD board. The result will compared with invasive measuring tool, Accucheck. Non-invasive measuring tool will be calibrate by regretion equation. Every increase 40,38 mg/dl equal to one volt.
