The increasing population in Indonesia causes rising food needs. This need is filled from the results of national production and with importing from the state of food material producing. Hamlet ponggang as rural community economy still relies on the agricultural sector .In the other side, farmers in rural areas tend to still using traditional methods to have rice, as iles and gebot. The devices having the keel too big to be solved by an instrument or machine thresher rice average having the keel to 1-4 %. This research focus on having the manufacture of thresher rice tool with using pedal bicycle .From the research, obtained a prototype design that could be used to tackle perceived keluhan-keluhan farmers in remote areas.
