Despite the availability of abundant water, but still often found in remote areas or in rural areas that are still difficult to obtain clean water. Whereas in these areas have the potential sources of adequate water, but because of limited knowledge and weak local economy, the management of water resources can not be done optimally. The purpose of this study was to design distribution water use system piping network and also has low maintenance costs. So with adannya piping network is in an area that water shortages and weak economic community can assist the management of water and not burden the community. With the system piping network that uses the material pvc, water demand in Hamlet Ponggang the number of heads of household 70 households and the number of individuals around 244 people, can meet the water needs of 17,280 liters / day. With the water needs of 17 080 in the Hamlet Ponggang liters / day means the presence of the piping network system can meet the needs of water in the village.
