Caretonoid is the group of sustance which have high economic value, because of their usefulness for the human being. This reason make exploration in the carotenoid source. Some common carotonoid sources such as algae and plant need sun light to produce carotenoid. This is become a restriction producer which is no need of sunl ight. The purpose of this reserch is to find microorganism which is produce carotenoid. severl screening we find to isolated which are isolated 2 and isolated 3. Isolated 2 produce. 698,6 ng carotrene per 100 ml of culture and isolate 3 can produce 572,69 ng karoten per 100 ml opf culture.About 898,01 g astaxanthin can be produce per 100 ml of isolate 2 culture. Specifich growth of isolate 2 and isolate 3 are 0,4138/our and 0,1292/our respectively.
