Medan Niaga. In this study, the research object used is the Decision on Case No. 04 / Pdt.Sus-Bankrupt / 2016 / PN. Medan Niaga. The study was conducted by using a normative juridical juridical analyzed secondary data to provide answers to the problems studied. The results showed the aspect of justice duties, powers and responsibilities of Management and Settlement curator in the bankruptcy estate for the creditor and the debtor is able to be fair when it recorded the entire bankruptcy estate either hidden treasures or real; seek or maximize the bankruptcy estate; maintain or increase the value of the bankruptcy estate; sell the bankruptcy estate at a maximum price; divide the proceeds of bankruptcy to each creditor in accordance with his position, and disperse debtors who have insolven.Perlindungan law against Curator in completing the maintenance and settlement bankruptcy assets of PT.
