Research proposals will be submitted in this thesis on "How does the competence of information technology and communications technology (ICT) to review performance of various units of work, education and the long end of the work for administrative staff in Indonesia Atma Jaya Catholic University (Unika Atna Jaya).
In this study using a quantitative approach with analytical techniques used in testing the hypothesis proposed yanh using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) generated from statistical software Moment of Structural Analysis (AMOS). in this study will examine the influence of the competence variables and performance variables. Conditions or construction formulated in the form of a questionnaire survey that will be processed using SEM techniques.
From the results of this study showed that the competence of information technology and communication have an influence on job performance. From this research can be seen differences in the effect seen from a wide variety of units of work, education and the long end of the work, so that from this research are expected to provide input to the development of cohesive program to improve the competence of information and communication technology for long-term plans, professional development activities and organizational restructuring can help map out the competencies and information technology employees and the development of new skills and can be used to define job specifications. |
