Regression test was used to see the correlation of each variable with other variable. Results from the study indicate that employees of PT. Hans Mega Garmindo have high mental load, mild stress and moderate motivation. There is a positive correlation between mental load on stress. The size of the correlation between mental load on stress is equal to 28.2%. There is a negative correlation between stress on motivation. The size of the correlation between stress on motivation is equal to 30.6%. There is a negative correlation between mental load on motivation. The size of the correlation between mental load on motivation is equal to 24.5%. There is no correlation between the mental load on the motivation through stress, variable stress is not a mediating variable. This is indicated by the value of t research with sobel test at 1.52964 is smaller than t table with a 0.05 significance level that is equal to 1.96.
