This culinary venture much in demand by people in Indonesia and has a promising business opportunities. To suffice these needs, then this thesis will discuss the engineering process of automatic cutting machine potato sticks that will facilitate the process of cutting a potato, and can be used by businessman on a scale of micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs). In the process of design analysis and calculation, so this machine can be easily operated, using materials that are safe for health, and has a production capacity target of 200 Kg / hour. |
