This research is motivated by the very rapid development of globalization, especially in shopping activities are now already using online shopping. Therefore, in this study wanted to examine the student's perception of Jakarta to online shopping, especially online shopping customer to customer in this study is Tokopedia.com. The sample used in this study were 159 respondents 30 respondents questionnaires and interviews. The sampling technique for questionnaire is Cluster Sampling, while the interview is Judgement Sampling. Data processing is done by non-parametric tests because data is not normally distributed and also qualitative data analysis. Results from this study is there a significant difference in the perception of the Tokopedia.com website design, product images are shown, and also Tokopedia.com speed in responding to customer complaints. The significant difference that occurs is the respondents who consider good and there are also respondents who think bad. Therefore, these three things must be fixed so that no respondents who think bad about those three things. |
