As for the design of the overall plant layout using CORELAP method for generates layout with arrangement relations department by its association with total area of the factory has been in accordance with the available land area. Based on the calculation, the layout design based on BLOCPLAN is the best design as it yields the shortest transfer distance of 539,55 m, the smallest total transfer cost of Rp 129.326,65 per day and the fastest total transfer time of 500,23 minutes per day, and the total area coverage which can be cut for 110,05 m2.
