Abstract
PT. Indodev Niaga Internet is a tech enterprise which engaged in software industry. In order to be more productive, efficient and integrated in business activity. PT. Indodev Niaga Internet has implemented performance measurement system to control its human resource. However, implementation of performance measurement system today considered fairly good; because it was too imposing to the employee’s competence; in terms of running the job description and one way assessment. In this study will be proposed a performance appraisal system by using Human Resource Scorecard method and base on the result, performance evaluation will be done for the next year. Human Resource Scorecard Method is a performance measurement system that put human resource as a strategic asset to obtain the company’s visions. This method would assess performance from the Human Recource’s division. The result could be a signal for the company, if the company is discovered a shortcoming in human resources management. Four perspectives in this method are financial perspective, customers perspective, internal business process perspective and learning perspective. Analytical Hierarchy Process Method is also important to determine the level of importance from the components of the existing perspectives. In this method obtained strategic objectives for each perspective. Every existing strategic objective has its own standard. Financial perspective in PT. Indodev Niaga Internet got 5 points (very good), customers perspective got 3 points (fair), internal business process perspective got 4.15 points (good) and learning perspective got 4.02 points (good). Overall performance from Human Resource’s division is 4.0425 (good). Advice can be given in this case is PT Indodev Niaga Internet should improve performance in customer perspective because of the result in year 2015 had not good enough.
