Delay in diagnosis can be caused by the patients behavior who delayed seeking treatment when the onset of symptoms began, and it was called the health seeking behavior. The purpose of research want to find out the relationship between knowledge and health-seeking behavior of TB patients at Atma Jaya Hospital Jakarta. Do in the city because there has been no research on this, while Jakarta is one of the cities with the highest TB cases in Indonesia. Methods: Cross sectional data were gathered between May – Agustus 2016 in Atma Jaya Hospital. TB patients answered 11 statements to measure knowledge, and fill out health seeking time in the duration of the day. Results: Knowledge gained good majority of TB patients (77.3%). A good knowledge confirmed by a majority of the treatment phase patients in the extension phase (p = 0.003). Median is 3 days (0-345). Analysis using Fisher's exact and there is no correlation between knowledge and health seeking behavior of patients (p = 0227).
