Interned made information easy to disseminated and reached by lots of people. The large amount of information that revolves is one of the objective that people developed technology that supports the movement of the information. One of the development of technology is the birth of information systems, which play an important role in storing and moving data. Facilities and Infrastructures Maintenance Bureau of Atma Jaya Catholic University Jakarta said that they encounter some problems in their procurement process. Because of all of procurement needs in the Campus provided by them, then the need of easy controlling and executing the business process have to be owned by them. But, the Bureau considered that they still don’t have the system that can controll all of the procurement process there, because that they still do the process manually, and can’t serve orders swiftly. This problem has been researched by Aris Priambodo and Susan (2010). Research methodology for this Thesis is a project planning, this matter caused by the long time needed to create a software development. The time of software development can be long because of the limitation of workforce. The research methodology is adopted from ASAP 8 for Standard Projects, with some changes adjusting with the actual process at the Bureau. This thesis is a designing of a information system, then the steps used from 6 step of the ASAP 8 for Standard Projects are the first three, Project Preparation, Business Blueprint, and Realization.
