| Research Effects of Work Family Conflict on employee performance is done in PT Guna Alpha Global located in Kampung Cikaroya KM 2/1 Cisaat, Sukabumi, West Java. Samples taken are women who are married and have children as many as 60 respondents. The sampling method used is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The results showed no significant negative influence on the Work Family Conflict on the Performance of Employees. |
