| We are living in a very competitive and ever changing world. Information systems need to continually undergo changes, in order to get newer, faster, and more accurate information. Right now, PT. Davka Mitra Sportindo is doing a series of software implementation process called Acumatica. For that reason, this research is done to analyze implementation process, success factor, failure factor, accounting benefit, and user satisfaction on software implementation of Acumatica. This research used primary data by doing exhaustive interviews and questionnaires. The data source was obtained from three informants and all population of Acumatica software users. The research data was analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis with the help from SPSS program version 24 for Windows. Based on research result, how Acumatica software implementation applied by PT. Davka can be analyzed. Some of success factors and failure factors experienced by PT. Davka also can be known from the research. Users gain some accounting benefits and feel satisfied with Acumatica. |
