In a condition the competition which progressively tighten acting manager have to own and play style of leadership in such a manner so that able to influence employees to reach organizational target. Condition of competition which is dynamic progressively, organizational culture create clear differentation between organization with its competitor and the culture give identity of all its member. To increase the employees performance there are various factor which can influence it such as leadership style, motivation, and the organizational culture beside some other factor. Emulation condition which progressively competitive make a leader have to be clever analyze situation and motivate all of his/her subordinate in order be able to complete. Based on the result of research at entire/all employees remain to PT. TELKOM Tbk. Kandatel Kupang, where culture of company at PT. Telkom Tbk. Kandatel Kupang have mean of score delibereted by equal 4.10 and included in high category. Style of Leadership have mean of score deliberated by equal to 4.37. This matter depict hard work of all head PT. Telkom Tbk. Kandatel Kupang in leading and instructing his/her subordinate for reaching a very emulation of competitive which always changed. Motivation job of employees have mean of score deliberated by equal to 3.85. So we can conclude that motivation work employees at PT. Telkom Tbk. Kandatel Kupang is included in high category. Performance of Employees PT. Telkom Tbk. Kandatel Kupang have mean of score deliberated by equal to 3.87, included in good category. From statistical examination result to hypothesis 1, we get value F of equal to 10. 864 and value significant of equal to 0.000, cultural of company (X1), and the leadership style (X2) by simultan have an effect on reality (significant) to Motivation Work (Y), Hypothesis Examination 2 based on result analyse obtained by value t-count fot the free variable of company cultuire is smaller than value t-table = 1,665 or if seen by value significant 0,440 bigger than confusion storey level 5% (a-0,05) so we can be taken a decision to accept H0 and refuse H1. Examination of Hypothesis 3, style of leadership have an effect on dominant to mitovation work, examination of Hypothesis 4 based on test of Anova obtained by value of F of equal to 7.268 and assess significant of equal to 0,001 so Cultural of company (X1) and the leadership style (X2) by simultan have an effect on reality (significant) to employees performance (Z). Examination of Hypothesis 5 based on result analyse obtained by value t for the free variable of company culture equal to 1.639 with value significant (p-value)=0,105. Culture of company have an effect on positive and it is not significant to employees performance. Examination of Hypothesis 6 style of leadership have an effect on dominant to employees performance. Examination of Hypothesis 7, result of calculation obtained by value of t Motivation job of equal to 3,107 with value significant (p-value) = 0,003, motivation work to have an effect on positive and significant to employees Performance.
