The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship of job stress from task demands, role demands and interpersonal demands with turnover intention in the direction of employees whom work in Jakarta with data collected from 111 employees, who were selected by non probability sampling, especially Insidental sampling method. Data processing was performed using Pearson correlation and moderated multiple regression analysis through SPSS 16 software package were used for data analysis. Finding indicate the positive relationship between job stress from task demands, role demands and interpersonal demands with turnover intention. |
