Suramadu bridge as a big project causes multiplier effects to the inhabitant. This study showed that the only parties, established people like the rich people, take advantages after the building, whereas the efforts of poor people declinen. They have to lose a half of production assets because they can not fight in this competition. Within this case, work apportunity created after the building of Suramadu bridge inclined solid capital (padat modal), so no work apportunity could be accessed by local and poor inhabitant who lived in "the leg" of Suramadu bridge.
