Isi artikelIn the globalization era, which indicated by the information technology, the knowledge are progressing highly and make the people in the world easily communicate one to another. The impact for a progressed country is that they can take advantages in increasing target in planned economy, getting more buyers in the world market. On the other side, the developing countries must have a new strategy to gain what left behind. They have to change their mindset, working culture, skill or capabilities based on their value in the culture. The objective of this articles is to discuss the management in work culture especially. The method used analytic description, to compare the fact and the way of life among the community included religious regulation. It is concluded that the working culture is one of the tools to increase the performance standard, productivity which can distribute the social welfare.
