Impassionate of working can happen to every employees in everywhere and anytime because the style of leadership. The objective of this research is to discuss the influence of the leadership's style on the employees' motivation. The survey was conducted at the correlation approach using valid and reliable instruments. The survey proves that employees are motivated by the leadership style of their office head. The performing of assimilation of leadership style on the right situation will support the employees and make them motivated and guided in executing their tasks. The application of the leadership style by Jim Rohn, are to become strong is not with being rough, to become good is not with being week, to become humble but nit afraid, to become proud but not arrogant, to have the sense of humor but not stupidity, keenly felt, so could be motivated the activity and work.
