The purpose of this research is to acknowledge the effects of training and compensation towards the performance of the employee of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk. Variable used are training (X1), compensation (X2), and employee performance (Y). The data that are used in this research are primary data which have been gathered by using questioners, and secondary data are gained from the annual report company. The samples in this research are 85 fixed employees by using probability sampling. The analyze method which are used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, correlation test, hypothesis test, and multiple linear regression test. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant effects from the independent variable, which are training and compensation towards the dependent variable, which is the performance of PT Hero Supermarket Tbk employee. |
