Leadership style is an important factor in boosting a person's personality proactive in ensuring career success. The data used in this study using primary data. The sampling method used is random sampling. The population in this study were as many as 93 employees by taking a sample of 50 employees. Based on the results of research testing the interaction of leadership style to proactive personality to career success leadership style produce results that can not be a moderating variable. This is supported by calculations showed t count of 1,086, while the t table amounted to 1.67793, thitung 0.05 so that we can conclude the leadership style can not be a moderating variable for proactive personality to career success.
