The purpose of this research is to analyze the company’s performance by using Balanced Scorecard (BSC), and to analyze cause and effect relationship resulting from each perspective of Balanced Scorecard (BSC). The result of this analyze will use to help the company in implementing Balanced Scorecard (BSC). This research was conducted by using data in 2014-2015 at PT Ocasa Bahtera Sejahtera (Bale Ocasa). The company’s performance based on the financial perspective is good due to an increase of ROA (4,62%), ROE (7,22%), and current ratio (42,57%). The performance based on customer perspective is in good condition due to an increase of customer retention (27,78%) and customer acquisition (18 company). The performance based on internal business process perspective which measured by Service Efficiency Cycle (SCE) still needs improvement because it still less than one, which mean it still has non-value added activity. Furthermore, the performance based on learning and growth perspective is good, supported by attributes that measured in good category as well as a decrease in labor turnover (14,98%). |
