Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, transactional, and visionary on employee loyalty. In addition, this study also aimed to examine the influence of gender differences on employee loyalty. The study was conducted using a survey by distributing questionnaires to 150 permanent employees of PT. Armorindo Artha. Sampling studies was using non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This Techniques which used include the testing of data validity and reliability test. Multiple linear regression was used to test the research hypothesis. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 20. The results showed that transformational leadership style has no significant effect on employee loyalty, where transactional leadership style and visionary has significant effect on employee loyalty.
