Abstract
The objective of ihis research is to examine the effects of analysis Path Goal Leadership Style, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance of PT Unilever Indonesia. It is no denying that human resources, including employee and leader in it is of the utmost importance in determining the direction of the vision and mission company to be growing properly. Individuals can influence the performance and is directly proportional to the company's performance, as well as the leadership style applied in these companies can affect job satisfaction, organizational commitment and ultimately aims at improving the performance of employees so that the company can grow as expected. This research used the respondent as 60 people. Using a survey by distributing questionnaires Path Goal Leadership Style, work satisfaction, and organizational commitment and employee performance data in 2014. A questionnaire was used to collect research data first tested for validity and realibility. Methods of analysis data is path Analysis and analytical tools of Preacher - Hayes The Simple Mediation Model version 2013. The results of data processing using SPSS 23. The results showed that the most powerful Effect indirect effect of leadership Path Goal to employee performance through variable job satisfaction with a number of indirect effects 0.3886, then the direct influence of leadership Path Goal on employee performance has a direct effect value of 0.3812 and the indirect effect of leadership Path Goal on employee performance if through organizational commitment variable has a value of 0.2508
