Performance measurement is a process to record and measure the achievement of the implementation of the activities in the direction of achieving the mission through the results displayed in the form of a product, service, or process. Performance measurement is required in order to receive feedback, as an opportunity to deliver feedback, and will increase job satisfaction. This research was conducted at Apotek Bina Sehat located in the RS. Fatmawati. These pharmacies have been established since 2008 and over time has experienced piecemeal sales decline could be due to many factors both outside and inside. One of the factors is the absence of labor standards measured every month that can evaluate the performance of its stakeholders. Performance Prism is a performance measurement method is based on stakeholders and take into consideration aspects such as: Stakeholder Satisfaction, Stakeholder Contribution, Strategy, Process and Capability. Performance Prism emphasize linkages between stakeholders are integrated with each other. Disclosure methodology starts from Stakeholder Satisfaction and Contribution to define strategies, processes and capabilities, then do the identification of KPI, KPI weighting, after that entered the stage of performance measurement. For that reason, this research is intended to design a proposed performance measurement service Stakeholders, based on Performance Prism method, which aims to Apotek Bina Sehat can keep going and get a profit increasing, but not forgetting the interests of the interrelationships between all Stakeholders. |
