Villagers of Ponggang Village raise goats as a livelihood other than farming. The common food for goat is grass and concentrate. The villagers of Ponggang Village only feed the goat with grass and not give the concentrate to the goat. The concentrate has been proven to fatten goats and will raise the price of the goat. To resolve this problem, it would require a mixer concentrate that can help the villagers in making the concentrate. The device is made based on the result of research in the form of direct interviews with the villagers to get the requirements that the villagers want. The consumer needs will be used to design a mixer concentrate machine according to the wishes of the consumer. Before designing the alternative concept with morphological chart, the function of the machine must be described with the functional structure. After getting the functions of the machine, the next step is to design the concept by using morphological chart. After getting some alternative concept, the next step is the selection of the concept using pugh’s concept selection and evaluation of concept using decision matrix. After obtained the selected concept, the concept will be analyzed to get product design specification, which is the mixer concentrate will have box with semicircular under the box to contain the concentrate, will have the trapezium frame, the location to put the materials is above the machine, the location to take out the concentrate is under the machine, the mixer will use ribbon mixer as the mixer, and use gasoline machine as the power of the machine.
