Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analize the influence of spiritual capital and incentive to the performance of employee. In addition to that, this research was conducted to know which variable is the most influential to the performance of employee, Spiritual capital or Incentive.
The samples of this research was employees of Hosana Medica Hospital Lippo Cikarang. There were 100 questioners in total that was given out, and there were 71 returned questioners. The total of the returned questioners was counted as samples. Validity and Reliability tests were done to ensure that the instruments of this research were accurate and trustable. Multiple linier regression analysis was used to know the influence between independent variable (Incentive and Spiritual capital) towards dependent variable (Performance of employee). The result of this research shows that Spiritual capital and Incentive significantly influence the performance of employee in Hosana Medica Hospital Lippo Cikarang with value F = 13,039 and p-value = 0,000 and R square or coefficients determination 0.277. In addition, the result shows that the Incentive variable (t = 3.391 & p-value = 0.001) gave a bigger influence towards the performance of employee compare to Spiritual capital variable (t = 2.640 dan p-value = 0.010).
