Abstract
Unika Atma Jaya is one of university that continous improvement to maintain education support facilites with keep facilty in good conditions for usaged properly. Their effort to maintain facilty can be usage is make cooperation with PT. ISS Indonesia. Survey to twety forth active college student of Unika Atma jaya and granted 75% of them saw trash or dirt although ISS employee daily or weekly to cleaning on past one month. This condition need repaired because this condition give bad effect for Unika Atma Jaya dan PT. ISS Indonesia. Objection this research is to indentify overview performance and solution to improve performance cleaning service quality PT. ISS di Unika Atma Jaya Kampus Semanggi. Metodh that use in this research is QFD, Kano’s dan refined kano’s models and TQM for solution approach. Data colletion consist of primary data (interview and questionnaire) and secondary data (data related cleaning service activities PT. ISS Indonesia). This research used pretest and research questionnaire. Variable that used in this research is cleaning service quality have modified from previous research. Result from data processing show respodents have tendency statisfied for cleaning service quality PT. ISS Indonesia on Atma Jaya Catholic Semanggi University of Indonesia. Some must be repair is eight attribute quesionnaire using five technical response. Solution to repair that is to evaluation context of Aggrement Unika Atma Jaya and PT. ISS Indonesia that related number of man power have employe on Unika Atma Jaya Semanggi University
