Abstract
Business competition today both within the company in the same industry or different industries demanded compensation system and management are good also . Compensation is no longer used as the implementation of the company's obligation to pay wages or salaries to employees , but it has become part of a strategy to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. An integrative model that talks about compensation and performance demonstrate the synergy of some of the supporting element . Increased employee performance certainly preceded by increasing motivation and job satisfaction . This is not a short process , but sustainable and must be updated in accordance with developments in the situation and the state of the current economy .
