Abstract
Human resources are the most important asset in the company, because the human resources is processing other resources. In other words, without the human resources company can not run. Every company must have a goal to be achieved, these objectives can be achieved by creating quality human resources by improving performance. Improved performance of human resources (workers) can be upgraded, one of w hich is by increasing the employee engagement. Therefore, this reasearch was conducted to measure the level of employee engagement at PT. Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa. The measurements will be obtained through the extent of employee engagement to workers and employees, and will be determined also the level of employee engagement for each statement. Then, based on the results of those measurements will be done analyze proposal regarding variable (statemenst) employee engagement is not maximized and still needs to be improved. The results showed that the value of the overall employee engagement index for employees is 2.84, while for workers is 2.98. It shows that employee engagement levels of employees and workers of PT. Selaras Citra Nusantara Perkasa is not maximized, and they can be enhanced by the provision of the proposal to variable employee engagement which is not maximized.
