| Instead of competing in pricing decision, companies start to pay their attention on Supply Chain Management impact on the effort to improve their product cost efficiency. The objective of this research is to analyze Downstream Supply Chain in PT NSK Indonesia. The analysis result of this research is supported by the decision making information which used by the company. The results shows the Downstream Supply Chain application in PT NSK Indonesia is quite good level by considering 3 point, there are air freight rate cost, freight period, and export regulation in Indonesia. |
