This study explains the factors that affect customer loyalty in the use Gojek Services. The technique of collecting data sample using purposive sampling. The samples are 203 responden. The method in this research is quantitative method for processing data using statistical science is the method of SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) by AMOS program application 22. In designing the questionnaire using a Likert scale as respondents Results of research conducted showed that the variables of satisfaction, service quality, price, and promotion no significant effect on customer loyalty. In the trust variables significantly influence customer loyalty. Besides variable promotion and prices significant impact on customer satisfaction. Satisfaction and service quality significant effect on trust. The research model meets the criteria of goodness-of-fit with a p-value of 0.093, GFI by 0924, TLI of 0965, AGFI of 0896, CFI of 0971, and RMSEA of 0.028. |
