In addition to being the head of the anti-judicial mafia taskforce, Kuntoro Mangkusubroto runs the Presidential Delivery Unit (UKP). The UKP is charged with monitoring and evaluating 48 agencies and ministries and coordinating between the central and provincial governments. Mr. Kuntoro spoke at the Jakarta Foreign Correspondents Club to give a progress report for the unit and for the government's programs.
