Isi artikelLaboratory service which quickly and fulfill mainstay criteria like high correctness and accuracy of examination result also sensitivity and spesifisity examination method represent society demand, especially clinic laboratory service in hospital or private. Many request to blood glucose parameter race laboratory chosen capable method give result quickly, check and accurate. The method capable to give quickly time to examination of blood glucose parameter nowadays use stick method, than photometer method use GOD-PAP (Glucose Oxydase Para Amino Penazone). The aim is to know the correctness and compare result between stick method and photometer method GOD-PAP. Rdsearch was conducted in clinical Laboratory Kimia Farma Banjarbaru. Method of research is analytic survey with approach comparability study. Materials are patient blood sample (without fasting) amounting to 30 persons. Statistical is used paired t test for 2 sample with a = 0,05. inspection result got rate average vena blood glucose by GOD-PAP method is 85,42 mg/dl, SO 8,96. Rate average of vena blood glucose stick method is 109,97 mg/dl, SO 10,38. While rate average of blood glucose stick method use capillary blood is 91,33 mg/dl, SO 7,99. Statistic t test at stick method among capillary blood and vena blood with significant is 0,000. Stick method use capillary blood and photometer (GOD-PAP) use vena blood significant is 0,011 and stick method and photometer (GOD-PAP) method use vena blood significant is 0,029, It showing the difference having a meaning from both method. Level of correctness stick method was better used at examination of capillary blood glucose than vena blood. Stick method tend to higher glucose rate than photometer method (GOD-PAP). Laboratory or quick laboratory service organizer using stick method was better use capillary blood and for the purpose of screening.
