Abstract
Food is a basic requirement for living things, the quality of the food is good then we will get health care for the creatures that consume them. For living beings, especially human beings, foodstuffs which have good content is highly needed. Noawadays food manufacturers must have products that are healthy to eat and contains material - material that is not harmful for health. Food safety systems of food manufacturers is the foundation for the creation of a product that is good for consumption, and therefore the institution of international standards organization (ISO) ISO 22000 presents a food safety system certification. With a reliable certification, food safety management system of a company will have a good standard too. Every food company is expected to standardize the ISO 22000 for food safety management system of the company. The study was conducted to examine how a company's ability to prepare for the implementation of the ISO 22000 food safety management system has. In this case regina's bakery as a food company that is bread, in the long term aims to implement ISO 22000 in the company. From the observation of the food safety system owned by regina's bakery today, there are several factors that affect the readiness of the company to the implementation of ISO 22000, and of these factors made a synchronization of the provisions of ISO 22000 were able to describe the readiness levels of regina's bakery on implementation of ISO 22000.
