Because with the good and fair payroll system , labor will be appreciated and be a driving force in order to get better performance and can prevent a high employee turnover. PT Pandawa has a Standard Operating Procedure which associated with the payroll function, but in fact it has a relatively high employee turnover, which is 15.71% in 2014. Therefore, the authors are interested in doing research on the payroll function is implemented by PT Pandawa. The purpose of the compliance audit of the payroll function PT Pandawa is to ensure that the company has policies and internal control procedures were adequate in terms of payroll and convince yourself these policies and procedures have been implemented consistently and / or without significant deviations, and provide recommendations for improvement if any. Compliance audits conducted by interview regarding the company's internal controls and perform compliance test. The results of the compliance audit conducted showed that in general the internal control policies and procedures have been implemented in a manner of consistent with the established by the management without significant deviations. The author proposes several recommendations to the management company to correct weaknesses that may suppress the rate of employees who are relatively high.
