The main purposes of this study is tests effects of intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation and perceived ease of use on behavior intentions to use computers in the preparation of SKPD Financial Reporting. This study used random sampling technique in the data collectionaire. The data was obtained by dissemination questionnaire with direct delivery method to 500 in250 SKPD Pemerintah Daerah Bengkulu and 357 respondent returned the questionnarie. This results of this study show that intrinsic motivation, Extrinsic motivation and perceived ease of use had effect on behaviour intentions to use computers in the preparation of SKPD Financial Reporting can not received because not significantly. Intrinsic motivation had sognificantly positive effects on extrinsic motivation. Intrinsic motivation had signivicantly positive effect on perceived ease of use.
