This research is done in area of Dieng Wonosobo city and Banjamegara. The Purpose of this research is to identify the factors of the nature resources and circle of living in the society, to anange the plan of managerial the circle in the area of upland plain of Dieng in the society, and to anange the recommendation for priority to protect the damage of the circle in area of upland plain of Dieng, with considering the factor of support the circle and activities which is done in the society in directly. The method of this research is the survey method, even though the technical to take the sample is Stratified Random Sampling. Besides that the research also uses questioner by using interview and checklist, and to take the picture of the damage of field of agriculture are trying by the researcher. The manufacture which is done is by using the crosstab method and SWOT analysis. The crosstabs method is used for look the tendency of the connection with variable. The result of this research is it is important to make a capability which is to follow the layout as good as possible, and it is important there is legal order in managerial as responsibility., and also there is important the network multi stakeholder in managerial the circle of living.
