Decision Support System is a class of information systems that can support business and decision making system, in this case for the customers. With the Decision Support System, the customers would be able to determine the suitable branded car product with their criteria rating by their own. Therefore, the purpose of this paper was to develop the process of communicating information to the customers. The application of the information systems that would be provided for the customers was a decision support system that was applied to help and guide the customers to search for the answers regarding their concerns about the branded products that were required for their cars. The determination of branded products for decision support system would use the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Every type of branded products which was inserted into the sytem has it’s own criteria rating. Design of the database for this information system will be designed by using PouchDB, whereas the programming language will be designed by using NODE JS.
